NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A Regular MEETING OF THE ABOVE NAMED COMMISSIONERS' COURT WILL BE HELD ON THE 2nd DAY OF January, 2007 , AT 9:30 A.M., IN THE COMMISSIONERS’ COURT MEETING ROOM AT THE KAUFMAN COUNTY ANNEX BUILDING, 100 NORTH WASHINGTON, KAUFMAN, TEXAS, TEXAS, AT WHICH TIME THE COMMISSIONERS’ COURT WILL CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION, TO WIT:

- Rick Harrison - To discuss and consider making salary adjustments within the District Attorney’s Office.
- Richard Murphy - To discuss and consider approving a contract with Merchant MultiService, LLC to provide a means of accepting secure and compliant electronic financial transactions, such as Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Checks over the counter by any County Office electing to do so.
- Jack Sebastian - To discuss and consider purchasing a Caterpillar 140H Motorgrader for Pct. 3 with the Caterpillar re-purchase option.
- To discuss and consider advertising for an annual contract for Oil Sand for all precincts.
- To discuss and consider approving Resolution authorizing the signing of the Supplemental Watershed Plan and Agreement No. II.
- To discuss and consider contracting with TxDot to utilize Scofflaw for court collections, Kaufman County Precinct 4.
- To discuss and consider the acceptance of Ashley Road and Austin Lane of the TFT Business Park for County Maintenance, Kaufman County Precinct 4.
- To discuss and consider approving an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Mabank to use the City water tower located at the 700 block of S. 3rd Street to install equipment for the County Mobile Data System.
- To discuss and consider approving amendment to the Residential Child Care Contract between Kaufman County and the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services.
- To discuss and consider approving bonds of elected officials.
- To discuss and consider setting Official Holidays for Kaufman County Employees for 2007.
- To discuss and consider approving deputation of Sheila Anderson for the Kaufman County Clerk’s Office.
- To discuss and consider acknowledging Dallas Crown Incorporated Slaughter Report for week ending December 14, 2006.
