- To discuss and consider appointing Marty Baker to the Rural Emergency Services District #3 to replace Jack Smithhart for a two year term beginning January 1, 2006.
- To discuss and consider renewing membership with the Texas Association of Counties and paying dues.
- To discuss and consider approving Deputation of Sandra L. Rankin for the Kaufman County Sheriff’s Department.
