- Kenneth Garvin - To discuss and consider approving the Racial Profiling Report for Kaufman County Constable Precinct 4.
- Richard Murphy - To discuss and consider designating the Crandall/Combine Community Center, 500 W. Lewis, Crandall, Texas 75114 as an early voting polling place for the May 13, 2006 combined County, ISD, and City elections.
- Johnny Countryman - To present Treasurer’s Monthly Report for January 2006.
- Hal Jones - To present Auditor’s Monthly Report for January 2006.
- To discuss and consider approving Agreement with Able Springs Water Supply Corporation for installation of a radio repeater.
- To discuss and consider giving an extra allocation to the Fire Departments.
- To discuss and consider reappointing Floyd Smith as Commissioner of Kaufman County Emergency Services District #7 for a two year term.
- To discuss and consider appointing Paul Moore as Commissioner of Kaufman County Emergency Services District #7 for a two year term to replace Mike Trojacek.
- To discuss and consider presenting final list of surplus property and equipment that is to be sold or auctioned.
- To discuss and consider authorizing Precinct 2 to bill individual land owners for fire suppression expenses.
- To discuss and consider accepting the following roads in South Ridge Addition for county maintenance: Norton Drive, Mitchell Drive, Ridge Road, Ridge Court, Dee Drive, Hill Street, and Norton Court.
- To discuss and consider renewing membership with the North and East Texas County Judges and Commissioners Association and paying annual membership dues.
