NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A Regular MEETING OF THE ABOVE NAMED COMMISSIONERS' COURT WILL BE HELD ON THE 20th DAY OF March, 2006 , AT 9:30 A.M., IN THE KAUFMAN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS’ COURT MEETING ROOM AT THE KAUFMAN COUNTY ANNEX BUILDING, 100 NORTH WASHINGTON, KAUFMAN, TEXAS, AT WHICH TIME THE COMMISSIONERS' COURT WILL CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION, TO WIT:

- To discuss and consider setting date for 2006 County Wide Cleanup.
- To discuss and consider opening bid number 06-03 for annual contract for Ground Maintenance on Various County Properties and award bid for same.
- To discuss and consider allowing Ellis County and Navarro County to come under the Lakes Regional MHMR Center.
- To discuss and consider trading a model 6600 Ford Tractor (Co. Property # 4300) towards the purchase of a model 6610 Ford Tractor from Bane Machinery for Kaufman County Precinct 1.
- To discuss and consider entering into an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Forney to install Mobile Data System equipment on the City of Forney’s water tower located at 550 block of FM 740, Forney, Texas.
- To discuss and consider entering into an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Crandall to install Mobile Data System equipment on the City of Crandall’s water tower located at 400 N. Fourth Street, Crandall, Texas.
- To discuss and consider entering into an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Mabank to install Mobile Data System equipment on the City of Mabank’s water tower located at the end of South 9th Street, Mabank, Texas.
- To discuss and consider entering into an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Kemp to install Mobile Data System equipment on the City of Kemp’s water tower located at the 100 block of North Elm, Kemp, Texas.
- To discuss and consider entering into an Interlocal Agreement with the Ables Springs Water Supply to install Mobile Data System equipment on the Ables Springs Water Supply’s water tower located at 17812 North St. Hwy 34, Terrell, Texas.
- To discuss and consider entering into an Interlocal Agreement with the Ables Springs Water Supply to install Mobile Data System equipment on the Ables Springs Water Supply’s water tower located at 30100 FM 429, Terrell, Texas.
- To discuss and consider acknowledging the filing of the Dallas Crown Inc. Slaughter Report for the week ending 03-10-06.
