NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A Regular MEETING OF THE ABOVE NAMED COMMISSIONERS' COURT WILL BE HELD ON THE 1st DAY OF May, 2006 , AT 9:30 A.M., IN THE KAUFMAN COUNTY JUDGES’ OFFICE, 100 W. MULBERRY, KAUFMAN, TEXAS, AT WHICH TIME THE COMMISSIONERS' COURT WILL CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION, TO WIT:

- Approval of minutes of meeting on April 20, 2006.
- Approval of minutes of meeting on April 24, 2006.
- Routine Correspondence
- Executive Session - Pursuant to Section 551.072 of the Local Government Code.
Deliberations about Real Property.
- To discuss and consider any action needed as a result of Executive Session.
- Johnny Countryman - To discuss and consider approving an order authorizing the County Treasurer to file the “Quarterly Request for County Reimbursement of Juror Payments,” with the State Comptroller. (Order approving setting rates of compensation for jurors per S.B. 1704)
- To discuss and consider approving the final plat on Lago Vista Estates, Phase III, Kaufman
County Precinct 1.
- To discuss and consider Resolution opposing appraisal caps and revenue caps being passed by the State Legislature.
- To discuss and consider approving Interlocal Agreements with the City of Kaufman to install Mobile Data System equipment on the City of Kaufman’s water towers located at 3 Oak Creek Dr. and 1108 E. Hickory, Kaufman.
- To discuss and consider taking action on entering into a cross county mutual aid agreement with Henderson County in reference to Wildfire disaster, DR1624 with County Judge being the authorized signer.
- To discuss and consider acknowledging the filing of the Dallas Crown Inc. Slaughter Report for the week ending 4-21-06.
- To consider approval of line-item transfers.
- Approval of claims for payment.
- Remarks from visitors.
- Motion to Adjourn Regular Meeting.
