NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A Regular MEETING OF THE ABOVE NAMED COMMISSIONERS' COURT WILL BE HELD ON THE 11th DAY OF DECEMBER, 2006 , AT 9:30 A.M., IN THE COMMISSIONERS’ COURT MEETING ROOM AT THE KAUFMAN COUNTY ANNEX BUILDING, 100 NORTH WASHINGTON, KAUFMAN, TEXAS, TEXAS, AT WHICH TIME THE COMMISSIONERS’ COURT WILL CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION, TO WIT:

- Approval of minutes of meeting on December 4, 2006
- Routine Correspondence
- Jean Ann Ables Flatt - To discuss and consider approving appointments to Kaufman County Historical Commission for 2007 - 2008 term of office.
- Richard Murphy - To discuss and consider setting pay levels for early voting election judges and alternate judges at $9.00 per hour; early voting clerks at $8.00 per hour; election day judges and alternate judges at $9.00 per hour; election day clerks at $8.00 per hour; and county employees overtime on election day at $10.00 per hour and to make these pay levels effective for November 2006 Election and thereafter.
- To discuss and consider advertising for an annual contract for culverts.
- To discuss and consider purchasing two Mack Trucks thru BuyBoard for Pct. 3, with the Mack re-purchase program.
- To discuss and consider entering into an amended Interlocal Agreement with the City of Talty to supply additional repair to County Road 213 in Kaufman County Precinct 2.
- To discuss and consider approving the replat of lots 14 and 15, Block A of Woodbridge Estates Subdivision in Kaufman County Precinct 2.
- To discuss and consider preliminary plat approval for Bonnieview Acres in Kaufman County Precinct 3.
- To discuss and consider approval of preliminary plat for Colquit Addition in Kaufman County Precinct 2.
- To discuss and consider acknowledging the filing of the Dallas Crown Inc. Slaughter Report for the week ending 11-23-06.
- To consider approval of line-item transfers.
- Approval of claims for payment.
- Remarks from visitors.
- Motion to Adjourn Regular Meeting.
