NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A Regular MEETING OF THE ABOVE NAMED COMMISSIONERS' COURT WILL BE HELD ON THE 12th DAY OFDecember, 2005 , AT 9:30 A.M., IN THE COMMISSIONERS’ COURT MEETING ROOM AT THE KAUFMAN COUNTY ANNEX BUILDING, 100 NORTH WASHINGTON, KAUFMAN, TEXAS, AT WHICH TIME THE COMMISSIONERS' COURT WILL CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION, TO WIT:

- Approval of minutes of meeting on December 5, 2005.
- Routine Correspondence
- Larry Ewing - To discuss and consider approving order to prohibit certain fireworks in the county due to drought conditions.
- Sharlie Davis - To discuss and consider approving Resolution for Sheriff’s Dept. to apply for a grant through COG for equipment and educational materials to help support the environmental officers.
- George York - To discuss and consider putting film from Commissioners Court Meeting on the County Website.
- Hal Jones - To discuss and consider approving cost of records management project in Auditor’s Office to be paid from the County Records Management Fund.
- To discuss and consider renewing membership with the Texas Conference of Urban Counties and paying annual membership dues.
- To discuss and consider authorizing CEM Land Investment LLC to re-plat development known as Amber Heights, Kaufman County Precinct 4.
- To discuss and consider a lease/purchase of CAT 420D Backhoe thru BuyBoard, Kaufman County Precinct 3.
- To discuss and consider acknowledging the filing of the Dallas Crown Inc. Slaughter Report for the week ending 12-02-05.
- To consider approval of line-item transfers.
- Approval of claims for payment.
- Remarks from visitors.
- Motion to Adjourn Regular Meeting.
