- Richard Murphy - To discuss and consider approving a contract for election services between the City of Forney and Richard Murphy, Tax Assessor Collector of Kaufman County, acting in his capacity as County Election Officer of Kaufman County, Texas, for the conduct and supervision of the City Special Election for Mayor to be held on January 21, 2006.
- Johnny Countryman - To present Treasurer’s Monthly Report for November 2005.
- To discuss and consider converting the short section of frontage road on the Northwest corner of IH 20 at FM 2965 to one-way operation.
- To discuss and consider approving Deputation of William John Cuellar II for the Kaufman County Sheriff’s Department.
- To discuss and consider approving Deputation of Gerardo Hinojosa II for the Kaufman County Sheriff’s Department.
- To discuss and consider acknowledging the filing of the Dallas Crown Inc. Slaughter Report for the week ending 12-9-05.
- To consider approval of line-item transfers.
