Convenience Stations in Precincts 1 (Kaufman), Precinct 3 (Terrell), and Precinct. 4 will be closed Friday and Saturday, February 4 & 5 due to the severe winter weather.
Don’t worry though. You may bring your unwanted items to the Kaufman County Clean Up event on Saturday, February 12, 2022 for the next cleanup/collection event. The eent will be in Precinct 2, at 12051 Precinct Circle in Forney from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Items that will be accepted at no charge include: mattresses, furniture, appliances, trash and recyclables. Items that will NOT be accepted at this event include: TIRES, CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS/DUMP TRAILERS/ENCLOSED OR CATTLE TRAILERS.

Tires will be accepted for free on April 2nd, April 16th, May 7th, June 4th & July 9th.
Limit 10 per household until truck is full, Passenger vehicle tires only. (NO RIMS ALLOWED)
The Kaufman Convenience Station will be open for you to bring items that are not being collected at the free event.

At all locations the following items can be collected for a charge on the day of the event:
Tires, TV’s, Computers, Microwaves, Latex Paint, Pesticide Containers, Hazardous household waste.

Barbed wire, Bricks, Concrete, Construction Materials, Rock, Roofing Shingles, Brush, Boats, Travel Trailers, & Dead Animals (of any Kind).
Proof of residence will be required at all locations during the events. (Drivers License or Water Bill).
