    the Kaufman County Commissioners' Court will hold a special workshop on Monday, January 9, 2023, at 9 a.m., in the Commissioners' Court Meeting Room located in the Courthouse Annex, 100 North Washington Street, Kaufman, Texas, at which time the commissioners' court will consider the following items for discussion:

    To ciscuss the renovations for the Kaufman County Historic Courthouse. 

    To discuss/Consider the Commissioners' Court agenda process and deadlines.

    To discuss/Consider exiting the workshop meeting and enter executive session pursuant to Texas Government Code §551.071; to consult with attorney regarding pending or anticipated litigation including but not limited to: Mohammed Tatari, et al v. Kaufman County (Cause No. 3:21-cv-02998·L- BT), Kaufman County v. Henderson County (Cause No. 21·00150); and Estate of Gabriel Winzer, et al v. Kaufman County (Case No. 3:15-CCV-01284??N).
