The basic duty of the clerk in all court matters is to maintain and protect the integrity of the Courts’ record. Additionally, the clerk issues process( citations, subpoenas, writs, warrants, letters testamentary, abstracts of judgment, executions, etc.), maintains the minutes of the courts, collects fines and court costs, prepares appellate transcripts and files required statistical reports with the Texas Judicial Council and Office of Court Administration.
The County Clerk’s Office will provide general information concerning the office. We will not disseminate specific information contained in our records over the telephone.
